              For the last many dates, none is appearing on behalf of the applicant, this position was noted in the last order dated 16.09.2015 also and intimation notice was sent to the counsel for the applicant with a note of caution that if none appeared on behalf of the applicant, an appropriate order would be passed. Same is the position today; no intimation has been received from them. It appears that the applicant and his counsel have lost interest to proceed with the matter. The bail application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
