          Through instant Constitutional Petition filed by petitioners Mst. Basri and Nabi Bux against the respondents, it is prayed for the following relief:-

“a)     This Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents No.2 not to harass, threatening the petitioners through themselves, their subordinates, agents or in any manner at the instance of Respondents No.4 to 8.

b)       This Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents No.1 & 3 to protect the lives of the petitioners and their family members of the petitioners from the private Respondents No.4 to 8.

c)       This Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 to 3 respectively to submit the list of FIR/Crimes, if any, pending against the petitioners, their other family members, within their jurisdictions.”

 

          Notices were issued against the respondents as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. In the comments, allegations have been denied. It is stated that no case has been registered against the petitioners at P.S. Daro District Sujawal. It is also denied that the petitioners have been harassed. The police officials present in Court stated that they are bound to provide protection to the petitioners if and when the petitioners approach them. Learned State Counsel also undertakes that official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with law.

          Petition has been filed mainly for protection. While disposing of the petition in the light of comments, it is ordered that respondents No.2, 3 and S.S.Ps Sujawal and Hyderabad shall provide protection to the petitioners.

          In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners being satisfied, does not press the instant Constitutional Petition more and it is accordingly disposed of.

          Let the copy of this order be sent through fax to S.S.Ps Sujawal and Hyderabad for compliance.
