              Learned counsel for the applicant states that today due to some unknown reasons the applicant has not been able to attend this Court. On a query, he candidly conceded that he is not aware that why the applicant has not appeared before this Court today. The absence of the applicant has been strongly opposed by the complainant, who states that the absence is deliberate because the applicant doesn’t want to proceed with the matter.

              As an indulgence and last chance adjourned to 10.11.2015, to be fixed according to roster.
