              It appears that on the last date of hearing the complainant was given a last chance to proceed with the matter. Today he is called absent. However, the learned APG has informed that since this matter was actually fixed before my learned brother Mr. Aftab Ahmed Gorar, j.and then suddenly transferred to this Court therefore due to some confusion the complainant may not insure the pendency of this case before this Court.

              In view of such statement, the matter is adjourned to 10.11.2015 as per roster.  Let intimation notice be issued to the complainant accordingly.
