In terms of order dated 20.10.2015, Inspector Muhammad Muzammil, the I.O. of the present case, was directed to be present before the Court in person,today, however, he is called absent. Learned Spl. Prosecutor ANF states that he has informed the I.O. about the order through telephone and he assured him that he would be present in Court. In view of such statement, it appears that absence of the I.O. is deliberate and he is not interested to assist this Court. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Regional Director, A.N.F., Karachifor calling explanation of the concerned I.O.
