              Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw the instant petition with permission to file a petition on a fresh cause of action arising from delimitation that has been carried out after the decision of this Court dated 18.09.2015.

              In the circumstances, the petition alongwith the pending application stands withdrawn with permission to file a fresh petition, if the petitioner so desires.
