The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has retired from service on 14.02.2014, therefore, the question of further extension of interim order does not arise. The learned counsel further submits that full and final payments have already been paid however he submits that claim of the petitioner still subsists in relation to four years arrears accrued in lieu of petitioner’s promotion claim from Grade 17 to Grade 18, which has not been decided by the management. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that for the alleged grievance, the petitioner may approach to the H.R. Department and file appropriate application, which will be considered by the respondent No.2 in accordance with law and the decision would be communicated to the petitioner whether he is entitled for proforma promotion or not. The learned counsel for the petitioner is agreed to this proposal. The petition stands disposed of accordingly along with pending applications. It is however clarified that if petitioner moves any such application, the same shall be decided within one month.
