This petition was disposed of on 22.12.2014 but due to non-implementation of the order, this contempt application has been filed with the grievance that despite availability of vacancy, the petitioner has not been considered for the job. Today both officers present, state that posts of Examiner and Preventive Officer BS-14, have been upgraded to BS-16 and no appointment can be made in Grade-16 without recommendation of Federal Service Public Commission. However, both officers present submit that post of Steno-typist (BS-14) is likely to be vacant soon which is a technical post and if the petitioner agrees that he has some skill in this trait, he will be considered immediately upon opening of vacancy subject to test and if he qualifies, appointment letter will be issued in view of Office Memorandum dated 20.04.2014 relates to Assistance Package for Families of Government Employees who died in service. On this statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the petitioner, both, are satisfied and the petitioner categorically stated that within 03 months, he will be able to improve his skill and will appear in the test for Steno-typist.

In view of this, the contempt application is disposed of.
