Through this petition, the petitioner has challenged appointment of some member of Search Committee (the respondent No.3) but today his counsel submits that Search Committee has already been reconstituted by Government of Sindh, therefore, purpose of this petition has been served. Learned AAG also confirms that Search Committee has already been reconstituted. In view of this statement, this petition alongwith pending applications is disposed of.
