Muhammad Ali Mazhar, J: The petitioner has challenged the Dismissal Order dated 02.08.2016. On 03.06.2016 a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on the allegation of giving false information regarding his Matric Certificate which was forwarded to Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Quetta but after verification, it was found tempered and after complying with some internal formalities, the petitioner was dismissed from service vide order dated 02.08.2016.

It is an admitted position that PIAC has no statutory rules of service and appropriate remedy for aggrieved employees of PIAC is civil suit which may be filed by the employees being aggrieved against any adverse action. After arguing at some length, learned counsel agrees to approach civil court for seeking appropriate relief.

On this statement, petition alongwith pending applications is disposed of.
