            Comments have been filed by the respondents and copies whereof have also been supplied to the petitioner.  Ms. Masooda Siraj and Mr. Ilyas Ahsan submit that in case the petitioner apply for renewal of his license and fulfills all the codal formalities, it would certainly be granted to the petitioner. 

            The petitioner says that let this petition be kept alive and in the meanwhile he will apply for renewal of his license and in case his grievance is redressed, he will withdraw the petition on the next date of hearing.

            To come up in the third week of August, 2016.
