                 Commissioner Office, Karachi.

            After arguing the mater at length,  Mr. Hashmi says that the petitioner does not press the instant petition and says that they would approach the Commissioner, Karachi for redressal of their grievances. According to Mr. Hashmi, circumstances have been changed and re-fixation of the milk price is required, however, it is an absolute and sole discretion of the Commissioner, Karachi to entertain such application, examine it and if he comes to the conclusion that the stance of the petitioner is correct then to proceed in accordance with law.  The respondents to act strictly in accordance with law.

            The petition alongwith the pending application stands disposed of in the above terms.
