The counsel for the petitioner says it a long pending matter and there were other corresponding litigations pending between the parties. The counsel seeks time to consult his client as to the future course and action in this case.

Mr. Mir Muhammad Baloch, who was named as contemnor on behalf of Respondent No. 1 being Registrar of Trade Unions, submits that it has been more than five years since he has been retired from the said post, notwithstanding therewith, he has been regularly attending the court. The counsel for the petitioner does not object to the proposition that the attendance of Mr. Baloch may be dispensed with unless specifically needed, for which a notice on the address of Mr. Baloch (which has been provided by the contemnor to the counsel, who undertakes to bring the same on record) would be sent. Order accordingly. At the mutual consent of the parties, adjourned to a date in office.
