1.         Granted.

2.         Learned counsel undertakes to comply with the office objection within a    week’s time.

3.         Granted, subject to all just exceptions.

4&5.    The counsel contends that though he had handed over the vacant possession of the property in respect of which he was under a tenancy agreement, in the month of March 2013, even before filing of the rent case, however, order has been made against him to pay rent for the period from April 2013 till todate. The counsel further contends that he has not enjoyed the said property even before the date of filing of the said rent case either. The counsel agrees to furnish a tangible security in respect of the claim of payment of Rs.8,000/= per month from April 2013 till todate by way of property document with the Nazir of this Court.  On the above assurances, the applicant is directed to furnish a tangible security not less than Rs.300,000/= with the Nazir of this Court. Issue notice to the respondents as well as A.A.G. for 23.05.2016.  In the meantime, operation of the impugned order dated 09.04.2016 is stayed subject to furnishing the above security.
